INDOOR ACCOMMODATION

Rabbits & Guinea Pigs will reside in our brick built out house at the bottom of our garden, suitable for indoor & outdoor pets.
Rabbit Accommodation consists of an Open 6x2x2ft Hutch within an indoor run area which they will have 24hr access to.
Guinea Pigs are housed in single level Fleece Lined 6x2ft Hutches.
We also have available a 6x4ft Fleece Lined Indoor Run with hide houses and also a ground floor open hutch with run area suitable for larger groups.
OUTDOOR EXERCISE
**Please read Health & Safety below.
Your pets with have adequate space during their stay but available on request, we also offer time outside in our grass runs for fresh air and exercise.
Please Note: These are subject to availability and are weather permitting, we do not charge extra for this.
Rabbits & Guinea pigs who normally have time on grass at home or are staying the longest will be given priority.
OUTDOOR ACCOMMODATION
WOODEN SUMMERHOUSE
Our Summerhouse is 8x6ft with an attached 6ftx4ft outside run accessible through a pop hole during the day, inner 6ft open hutch, mesh windows and door with removable Perspex windows.
Fully insulated and ply lined with fan (no Air-con or Heating)
Suitable for Rabbits or larger groups of Guinea Pigs
also features two upper level 6ft Guinea Pig Hutches
HEALTH & HYGIENE
No pets will come in contact with other boarders
All Rabbits boarding with us must be fully vaccinated against against Myxomatosis and Viral Haemorrhage Disease V1 & V2 for their own protection and the protection of others.
Proof of vaccination will be required.
All hutches and equipment will be hygienically cleaned and disinfected with Veterinary grade disinfectant between occupants.
Please Note: Outdoor Grass Runs
Although I keep the grass cut and the area as clean as possible grass cannot be disinfected and therefore can carry risk of disease or infections from other animals, they will therefore only be available with your consent and at your discretion.
FOOD, BEDDING & TOYS
We supply the basics for rabbits and guinea pigs which includes meadow & timothy hay, bedding, tunnels, hides, litter tray, bowls, water bottles, etc
We also provide them with fresh veg, herbs, dried forage and a few natural treats but we request you bring more than enough of their usual dry pelleted food to save on any upset tummies.
I actively encourage you to bring your own toys, beds, treats, blankets etc which will help settle your pet.

WINTER HEATING CHARGE NOV TO MARCH ADD £2 PER NIGHT - XMAS PERIOD IS EXTRA
Single Rabbit £13.50 + £3.00 per extra sharing
Single Guinea Pig £8.50 + £2.00 per extra sharing
** Minimum charge £55 for Rabbits & £40 for Guinea Pigs
BOOKING INFORMATION - *Please Note: We do not hold spaces more than 24hrs
You need to complete a Booking Form and pay a non refundable deposit to reserve, otherwise it is open for someone else to book. Please contact me with type of pet and dates to check availability, I will then arrange for a booking form to be emailed to you. A non refundable deposit of £25 per week or part of will be required on booking which will be deducted from balance payable. Balance payable to be paid on or before arrival of your pet by cash or bank transfer.
